Alaethia's Teeth Surgery

We took Laeth to French Hospital at 5:30am on oct. 22nd for her teeth surgery. She was possibly going to get 4 root canals and some caps. It went very smoothly, and the staff took great care of us. We are so excited to have the baby there next year! Anyways, they let her push the buttons on the heart rate machine, she took Keith & my temperature, and they gave her coloring books and crayons. She was so excited when they showed us to her very own bed!! Then gave her a "hospital shirt" to put on! How fun!! You'll see in the pics that they also gave her a surgical cap...which she loved so much she had to take it home!! All of the staff were very knowledgeable and tryed to make us as comfortable as possible. (they even passed out free tea & coffee in the waiting room!) Needless to say, we were very impressed!! Her surgery went really well, and because she wouldn't let the dentist take x-rays proir to the surgery, it turned out that he only needed to cap the front four and put sealant on the molars!! Praise God!! She is doning great now, and loves to show offf her "new teeth"!! Thank you for all of your prayers!!
